The food was so delicious. I want to come back and try everything on the menu. We came for the schnitzel and stayed for the Szechuan mule.

SILVIA was THE place everyone who had visited or lived in Woodstock raved about; it was clearly the spot to dine around town. Once I walked into the warm, welcoming, and modern farmhouse, I saw why people were enamored with it. There was a pristine open kitchen, a stylish bar with nearby seating, and an upscale dining area overseeing it all. In addition, the service was patient, delicate, and efficient. I started by trying the Mushroom Lentil Pate with walnuts. The creamy, rich, and earthy spread was a delicious addition to the top of a slice of the accompanying charred toast. The platter also included some pickled onions, radishes, and cornichons, as well as a small pool of horseradish mustard. It was a great start to the meal. My main dish was the Seafood Bouillabaisse, which contained mussels, monkfish, scallops, shrimp, squid, and fresh fennel. While I really liked the tomato-saffron sofrito broth, I thought the fish itself was rather bland. There was just some sort of seasoning missing from the stew...perhaps black pepper. SILVIA provided a lovely experience, but I would try a different entree next time.

Highly Recommend! Service, food and ambiance were impeccable. Food: For appetizers, we got the lamb and shrimp pita and a kale and brussels salad. Both were very tasty and great choices. I got the blueberry sour and espresso martini to drink and they were great. For entrees, we got the chicken schnitzel (not something I would usually order, but saw recommendations online) and lamb chops. Both dishes had interesting and deep flavors but we were impressed by the simplistic yet flavorful chicken. Both had innovative flavors! Dessert: We got the Turkish delight panna cotta and the lavender chocolate pot. Both not too sweet and delicious Would love to come back!

Truly exceptional dining experience; a great spot for special occasions. SILVIA has a high end, modern, but unfussy feel. The service is friendly, professional, and relaxed. The food is really delicious. Every dish we ordered impressed us, and there were so many dishes I want to order next time I go! The standout was the pita appetizer with whipped butter... wow was that butter something! You can't miss this dish!! 10/10 would definitely recommend to all and will return on my next trip!

Visiting Silvia was such a treat. The restaurant its self was stunning but warm, service was exceptional and I cannot stop thinking about the schnitzel. Will definitely stop in any time I'm in the area.

WOW. We loved Silvia! We were in Woodstock for some hiking and did not expect to find such a good restaurant! Book ahead of time as reservations do book up during busy times. The atmosphere was amazing and it felt so cozy. They also have a huge outdoor space that was also super cool. The drinks, apps, and desserts were very good, but the star of the show were the two entrees we got. The lamb was probably the best lamb dish I'd ever had. I couldn't' stop thinking about it for weeks after. We also got the trout and it was outstanding as well. Everything was so flavorful and seasoned well (not boring at all!). The other thing I appreciated was that they really focus on vegetables and they are present in every dish, but also available as apps. We loved Silvia and you should definitely check it out!

One of best meals we've had all year. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. -ambiance is great. You're in the mountains, the lighting is welcoming, and it's just a cool place -servers very friendly and knowledgeable -great portions. We got three appetizers, which might have been overkill, the steak special and their mushroom pasta. People around us ordered different things and they all looked good -the ingredients were local, fresh, and the whole meal exceeded our expectations -missed dessert unfortunately You should come here either with a DD or if you're staying close. I was sad to have missed the cocktails, as they looked great, too. 5/5. Don't miss it if you're in the area.

We made at 5:45 reservation and sat in a cozy corner table. The kitchen is open to the restaurant but not intrusive. The walls are decorated with mixed art. The natural light comes through the front of the restaurant. Over very cozy. Our server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Our cocktails were yummy and well balanced. The prosciutto and fig app was delicious. The spice, salt and cheese were the perfect balance. Our dinners were just as delicious. The tarragon aioli is memorable. I would definitely come again for a date night.

Made birthday reservations here based on location, menu, and overall vibe of the place - TLDR; this did not disappoint! The restaurant is very beautiful - open area kitchen that's really highlighted by the lighting from the wood-fired grill, wood floors and high ceiling. The food itself is considered new American cuisine. I ordered a bunch of appetizers, but my favorite hands down was their take on prosciutto and fig. So good, there was a nice spicy oil and cream cheese filling that was added to this easy one/two bite concoction. The highlight was the chicken schnitzel. So delicious, especially with the surprising amount of capers on top! I especially loved that they head lemon on the side for me to squeeze, it reminded me of traditional schnitzel back in Vienna. The dessert was also very good - a nice chocolate lavender pots de Creme. The flavor was lavender forward, which I didn't care for, but loved how deep rich chocolate the Creme was. Overall a great experience, would come back again for lunch/dinner!
